Three Programmes
Find the Right Format for Your Household
From a single weekend to a ten-week cohort, each programme is structured around real household numbers — not generic advice.
Back to HomeOur Methodology
How Every Quarterspan Programme Works
Every programme we run follows the same core principle: adults learn about their household finances by working with their own real data, in a structured group setting, with a facilitator who keeps the session on track.
There are no slides full of generic advice. Sessions involve working through the printed workbook with actual transaction records, guided by a facilitator who has run the process many times and can help when something doesn't fit neatly into a category — because in real household spending, plenty of things don't.
The format varies across our three programmes — a single weekend, four evenings, or a ten-week cohort — but the methodology is consistent. Printed materials, small groups, and follow-up built in.
Paper First
All session work begins on the printed workbook. Participants write, not type. The physical record matters.
Real Household Data
Participants bring actual bank statements or e-wallet summaries. The exercises work with their numbers, not example figures.
Small Groups
Capped at twelve per cohort. Sufficient time for each participant to ask real questions and work through their specific situation.
Follow-Up Included
Structured follow-up is part of the programme fee for the Honest Month and Household Manual — not an optional extra.
Programme 01
The Honest Month Workshop
RM 490 · Weekend Format
A weekend workshop that walks adults through mapping a real month of household spending without judgement. Participants receive a paper workbook, a digital spreadsheet template, and a follow-up review session two weeks later. Sessions focus on classifying expenses, finding what is recurring versus discretionary, and identifying a household's quiet leaks. Held in small groups of up to twelve, with bilingual facilitation available on request.
What's Included
Session Process
Bring recent bank statements or e-wallet summaries covering one full month
Classify each transaction using the workbook's category structure
Identify recurring commitments, discretionary spending, and leaks
Attend follow-up session two weeks later to review what changed
Programme 02
Couples Cash-Flow Conversations
RM 1,650 · 4 Evening Sessions

The curriculum covers shared goals, individual values around spending, common conflict points around children and parents, and structured conversation templates. Includes a printed conversation deck, two private check-ins, and a workbook for ongoing use. Non-prescriptive — the programme does not provide individual financial advice.

Session 2: Spending values — what each partner's financial history looks like
Session 3: Children, parents, and household obligations — mapping priorities
